As the design is progressing Avico personnel are available to provide a complete review of the project to analyze the types of construction techniques that may be used to provide the most cost-effective final product. Examples of such techniques include: pre-cast versus tilt-up concrete panels, tower versus walking cranes, power versus hand screed process, and scaffolding versus man or scissor lifts.
